According to a Circular by TSC TPAD has been opened from 20th may 2021. The deadline for TPAD appraisal is 23 July 2021.
The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has opened the TPAD account for term 3 of 2020. The account will be open up to the end of the term in July, 2021. You can now log in and carry out the appraisals.
Log in to create your new appraisal, check any notifications and start filling your TPAD form online.

How to Recover Your Password
In case you forget your password, you have no reason to worry as you can regenerate it by using the steps below;
a) Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ tab.
b) In the new window shown , enter your TSC number and ID Number.
c) Click on ‘Recover Password’.
Your password will be reset to your TSC Number and be sent to your mobile phone.
Now, use the new password to log into the TPAD Portal.
If you are using TPAD for the first time, then you will be expected to create your own account.
How to create Your TPAD Account
a) Click on this link to start off; ‘First time login? Create account’
b) In the new window, enter your TSC Number, ID Number, Phone Number, Email Address and your preferred password.
c) Finally, click on the ‘Create Account’ Tab.
