  1. If anything the teacher’s medical schemes are there to humiliate the teacher of Kenya whereby this is a scheme by the employer and teachers unions to deprive teachers their medical allowances. In the scheme teachers of Kenya cannot access quality medical care for themselves and their dependants. We are treated using very fake drugs where most treatment is being given very strong painkillers whereby if you don’t feel well you just dig your pocket to access further treatment elsewhere. These medical schemes are a real scam that is likely to blow this ministry out of proportion next year 2021.All teachers are expected to strip naked and engage into a peaceful demonstration early next year to claim reinstatement of their medical allowances back to their payslips. This time round the tsc and teachers unions will know that teacher of today cannot be colonized like the old teacher of Kenya. Other complaints the teachers’ will be putting across is the salary harmonization with other civil servants which has never been done as per CBA,teacher’s allowances and tax reliefs for married and reliefs on premiums and bonds.January 2021 ministry of education will not be business as usual.let’s meditate this for now.
